An open door policy where you will genuinely be listened to you and give you any training / guidance when needed. Regular meetings internally to celebrate the success of your colleagues also. Internal promotions and a genuinely supportive company, both with your career and personally. Lovely modern offices with a fantastic working environment.

I generally don't have any cons as I love working at Windsor, however if you had to force one out of me, then I'd say that there is not enough chocolate in the sweetie bowl!
