Fairly good work culture, multinational, good international exposure, 5-day week. An excellent product for A-Z of the window and door industry with very good architecture, providing a lot of flexibility for configuring the technical details. Crystal Reports offers flexibility in reporting too.
Kontras
Top management heavily relies on a few staff for feedback and decision making. Customer service is not very good, leaving customers less satisfied, and thereby hesitating to invest more.
