- Short Staffed - You are often doing the job of multiple people without the support or appreciation you deserve. - Overworked & Underpaid - No HR for Employee Protection - Zero open door policy and lack of availability of ownership to discuss any issues. Often times letting things fester and become worse for fear of retaliation for bringing them up. - No Health Benefits - Poor/Absent Management - No IT help and struggle with daily tasks due to ownerships refusual to hire anyone to fix issues such as printer/scanners, computer issues, etc. I used my own personal Microsoft Office for years before it was finally purchased.
