The work environment has improved much over the last several years. It's now a relaxed work environment where open communication is encouraged. The hours are flexible, as long as the business needs are met. The owners are also very accommodating about personal and family needs. I have frequently adjusted my work schedule "on the fly," so to speak, for various family obligations, meetings, church functions, etc. without any flack from the owners. I also have telecommuted on occasion in order to be available at home for family issues. Senior management is also very focused on business ethics and doing the right thing, so I never feel pressured to compromise my values.

The owners are involved in multiple businesses and personal projects (although Windermere Engineering Services appears to be their biggest priority). As a result, there are periods when the owners are not in the office (however, they are good about answering their cell phones).

Nice people, family oriented. Take care of you.

Don't know to run a business or manage employees. Most employees are not US citizens.If your family,your in.Even if you don't have a clue to the business.Owners really have no idea how poorly run things are.If they do they ignore it or you. If you are doing business with or thinking about it..run..explore other sensible options,you'll be glad you did.They are on track to self destruct.
