There have been a lot of high level people leaving recently. This includes the only product manager we have and the guy who ran support. Those have hurt the business. But the real problem is the CEO and his wife which is the COO. The environment is becoming increasingly toxic with the CEO bullying and humiliating people in meetings. This is why I along with my colleagues are looking to get out ASAP. Pay is also way below what a similar position offers elsewhere along with the fact that there have been no salary increases for a while. Not even for cost of living.
