Working with co workers who couldn’t pull their weight was an issue. Who you work with can really make or break your experience. I had to deal with an immature and very lazy co worker from the Philippines which ended up being very toxic to everyone. They were faking sickness, being constantly late..never dressed appropriately and always rude. Lessons and particularly events were very dull and didn’t feel eventful. Going to work and using a computer at the school rather than at home was rather questionable at best.
