No fault redundancy. - I.T Analyst bei Wilo Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor management. Lack of working hour flexibility. I worked there for 5 years and was just made redundant out of the blue. No fault of my own. A decision from Head office in Germany I was told! Thanks Wilo!.. The whole time I worked there I continuously asked for some specialist training to improve my career, but nothing ever came to light. Management just kept putting it off.
