I didn't want to write this review, it makes me sad. But people need to know, and more importantly, people at the company need to wake up. I don't want WDS to fail, I want it to thrive. I want the company to fix their glaring issues and do better for their employees. The company is a shell of its former self, internal issues and increasing employee turnover plaguing the daily operations. There are still good people in the midst, people who genuinely care about their coworkers and the success of their department as a whole. There are people in the field still fighting with the spirit that died off years ago in the corporate office. But then there are the people who will stab their subordinates or superiors in the back for an extra step up the ladder. As often happens when certain people care more about their own bonuses than the success of the people in their department, paranoia goes up and morale goes down. People fired to make a budget look better, refusing to backfill, executive promotions while the peons get 0% pay raises in times of intense inflation. ---------------------------------------- Should you work for WDS? If you value company culture, if you want to trust your team, if you want to be rewarded for the good work you do, then probably not. If you want to watch your paycheck whittle away due to inflation, if you want to be told lies of a career path, if you want to watch underperforming departments get propped up while yours gets nothing, if you want to see executives get useless promotions in a sea of layoffs and inflationary pay cuts, then WDS is the perfect place for you!
