The customers are loyal and the manufacturers are great to work with

Very toxic envoirment! Starts from the top and trickles down to every department. The turn around rate is unbelievable and no one feels safe in their position. People are pinned against each other making it really hostile and competitive. It is extremely unprofessional but since there is no HR there's nothing you can do about it. There are no training guidelines or manuals and no reviews. Employee of the month is picked based on favoritism or who cried in the owners office the most, never who worked the hardest or made the biggest difference. You're expected to continue adding work to your job description without pay being mentioned or considered. They promote the wrong people and let new comers make huge company decisions. Someone gets fired almost every week so BEWARE!

The pay is good and the hours are consistent.

The environment is toxic. The CEO upper is judgemental and has favorites not based on work ethic. There is no room for growth. Very chaotic and unorganized.
