Work environment - Administrator bei Widespace: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is the 6th company I have worked for in the advertising / marketing / media industry and it is, by a million miles, the best. Widespace has clear company values that it actually lives and breaths, including honest & transparency, having fun at work, delivering value & great service to clients, innovation & creativity, team spirit. It is truly international, yet joined up and efficient, with a great support network and a relatively flat structure. I am not in a senior position yet have regular and direct conversations with the entire company leadership.

The company is growing at an incredible pace due to it's great value proposition, but this sometimes means that there is no one to delegate to and you find yourself doing everything, which is not always efficient and can be stressful.

* High ratio of junior colleagues to more senior putting a lot of responsibility on the senior developers * Fast changing market seems to turn company strategy on its head every six months * Flat hierarchies can in practice mean that no one can take any decisions without risk being overruled as soon as someone disagrees, guaranteeing status quo and 'design by commitee' in engineering * Bad at recognising and promoting talents within the organisation
