In simple words, they reallly care about their employees. This wasnt seen with 2 other agencies I worked. White Rivers is such a happy place yaaaa.... These guys love their people. super timely salary, so many fun HR activities and more than anything, such a good vibe. I recently joined and trust me this place is reallllly positive. Before joining, when I took a review of this place, I was told, this is one of the Most Stable Agencies in Mumbai. After spending time here and being a part of this culture, I second that thought. If you are looking out for a stable agency, which give you great growth in learning and career, this is the place to be.
