Pros
Flexible hours, decent pay, and a pretty easy job overall, just like any other fast food job. You can make a career out of it if you want to move into management. Many of my coworkers moved into team lead and manager positions. It was a good job to get me through my education as they usually worked around my class schedule.
Kontras
Like any fast food job, there's lots of managers who don't really know how to manage people and lots of coworkers that want to get paid for doing nothing. You have to set firm boundaries, especially for things like leaving on time because it's often assumed you will stay late without being asked.
