      Lack of respect. A lagging company especially in pay. Can be cheap on something’s but also spend a lot of money on other things.

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.
