It is truly the best company I have worked for and they really care about their employees. What we produce and develop is something that makes a positive impact on the world.

Nothing I can think of

Small company with a collaborative culture and integrity. A mix of ages and experience levels. Experienced employees are always willing to share knowledge. Great management team. Company cares about the employees. Medical, life insurance and vacation benefits were increased in 2017 over previous years. Company has a wellness program and an on-site exercise room. Work-life balance is embraced as part of the culture. Rarely does anyone work past 6pm.

Chief executive is a great individual. It would be great to see more vision from him, though. What kind of company Wellsource will be in 3-5 years? Office location isn't great. In an industrial area way outside of downtown Portland. Career advancement is an unknown.
