Everything else. Pay is horrible, it's impossible to advance, upper management is a bunch of white dudes who don't understand how the internet or television works in the modern age, no one answers emails on time, they like to hire young people who don't understand that their salaries are garbage and only ever offer a 3% raise, management in general is horrible as most people skip out before 5pm, and worst of all there is an almost hilarious sense of self seriousness about things that don't matter and a general disregard for things that should. It's a very confused company that's going to wither and die if they don't open their eyes. Also: beware of extreme nepotism!
