Pros

- you learn a lot as it's a startup so you have many responsibilities right from the start - fun product to sell

Kontras

- low employee motivation - low pay and benefits - HR is not very helpful, as they have to do recruiting, HR and office managing all at the same time. In a company that is 100+ that is not feasible at all. - Extremely dominant and arrogant top management. Treat their employees like they are children (even said that the employees were acting like children once. I'm sorry, but what manager does that? It's extremely unprofessional and develops low morale among the team. I thought that was pretty straightforward, but I guess they don't think so) - Office had really bad air circulation so basically, all employees constantly had headaches. That's actually a violation of health and safety laws in the work environment - Everyone sat cramped together, and it was at all times very noisy. Meeting rooms were often full, so nowhere to escape. - Low team morale. Not many team events organised.

Pros

Working at Weekendesk was an enriching experience. The company fosters a great work environment with supportive colleagues, strong leadership in Human Resources, and excellent opportunities for professional growth. I particularly appreciated the investment in new technologies and tools that made daily work more efficient and innovative. Overall, it was a place where collaboration and development were strongly encouraged.

Kontras

While my overall experience was positive, one of the main challenges was the lack of transparency in decision-making. Top-level management often implemented major changes without consulting teams, leading to confusion and frequent reorganizations. This instability sometimes made it difficult to plan ahead and stay aligned with company goals. In addition, it's hard to progress in some positions.
