Pros
Great teamwork, caring environment, great families, approachable management, competitive pay. I have been to many different nursing homes/assisted livings in the seacoast and this place is truly different. One of the few non profits left for nursing homes, ratios that are way better than other places and management that is receptive overall to feedback and wants to do right by the residents and staff. I really feel like webster is a hidden gem

A little further than some other buildings but everything about this place makes it worth the commute, there is occasional drama but issues are quickly and fairly resolved
