There was a noticeable lack of leadership skills and empathy, which negatively impacted team morale and performance. -Lack of HR Support: HR fails to act on serious concerns about leadership. Complaints are either dismissed or ignored, leaving employees feeling powerless and unsupported. -Micromanagement: There's an unhealthy obsession with tracking minor tasks (e.g., when exactly you sent your first email), which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. -Extra Responsibilities Without Recognition: You're often expected to take on tasks well outside your job description, without any compensation, acknowledgment, or clarity. -No Career Development: There's no clear career path or development plan in place. Growth opportunities are minimal, and promotions seem arbitrary.
