Any issues that have come up have been seen as building blocks to improve. It's a wonderful place to work, and any "cons" are far and few between.

I have never worked with a team that is so supportive. We really swarm together to get tasks done. When I don't know the answers, I have a team that will help. I have a very flexible schedule and a genuine concern for my well being. I can go to the bank during the day without feeling guilty. The company is family oriented and makes sure that we put our families come first. They respect women and want them to have a balanced life. I feel like I can make decision on my own without having someone constantly looking over me. I feel empowered and am grateful for the opportunity.

Growing pains a bit as the client base has more than doubled in the last 6-months. So far the company has maintained the same values, but want to make sure that continues. More training instead of once a month.
