Plenty of assignments, nice editors and bosses, variety of copy work and formats, training on SEO, detailed client notes

Hours/schedule is pretty strict, have to track detailed hours and time for every project, all of the copy work is web based (some of my previous jobs had copy for TV, print and more traditional mediums), not a lot of interaction with others
Pros
Not going to sugarcoat it - the work is hard and the expectations are real. But the flip side is you actually learn things and move up if you perform. I went from jr to sr in a reasonable timeframe because the progression path is transparent and based on merit. FXLearns certifications, ongoing training, solid coaching. The office perks are a cherry on top - snacks, coffee, gym, standing desks. The StemFX scholarship program and charity initiatives make you feel like the work matters beyond revenue.

The pace is fast and you can fall behind if you don't focus. There's a lot of change - new tools, new processes, new initiatives rolling out constantly. Adapting is part of the job. I'd also say client work can be draining depending on who you're working with. Some clients are great, others... less so.
