Their job posting specified a need for React developers. However during the interview, it was revealed that the role requires proficiency in both React and React Native! The offered salary of 20K BDT is significantly below market standards, especially considering the dual responsibility of maintaining both web and mobile platforms.
Good place to learn new technology. The other team members are very helpful.

The managers have "favourites." If you work hard but don't "praise" the boss, you will not get a good salary increase. The pay is much lower than other companies. It is frustrating for serious developers who just want to do a good job.
