It is very difficult to move up in this company unless you are smart and make best buds with upper management. The upper management team will most likely never leave the company because it is a very immature environment (think high school cliques, popular crowd, very bourgeoisie) and they may never have that much pull at other organizations. In all of my years in this industry I have never seen such behavior. The pay is low and they try to convince you that no other employer will pay you more, know your worth! A good way to describe the way you are treated is - Stockholm Syndrome. Management will talk to you however they want to, like you are in grade school. The CEO, Bethany, is even worse, her speeches are very motivating and loving one minute and the next minute she is stomping around, screaming profanities when things do not go as planned. News flash, life will never go as planned so please for the sake of your organization, start treating employees like human beings before you lose them ALL.
