If you are a fresher, be prepared to get suprised with actual task you going to get... One wud come for java for a job and would get php to do on his first day. And if one shoots this point to management.. Pat comes the reply.. Now nothing could be done. That first day lecture by ceo was a intensional confusing one with regards to what technology you wud be getting to work on. And the comming few months to adjust to this unkowning technological shift that you would get.. From my experience i learnt that once you submit your bond papers.. You are owned by them.. Come what may.. Very little or tooo large... You have to do it without raising any concerns. Rules and regulations are like weather, keeps on changing every quarterly basis..

Only Few of team leads know their actual job..Emoloyees suffer due to lack of knowledge team leads / management have compared to what they should have at their respective levels... This creates atmosphere of pressure and tension.. which affects employees working under those.. There is automatic degradation of performance of employees.
