This company is tactical and will figure out ways to get product to market. Not strategic at all and pretty sucky work environment. We kept making the same things over and over like a bad record spinning.

Management doesn't listen to their people. Very directional in product design that fits a certain small group of users up and down the Wasatch front (LDS Scrapbookers) instead of bringing out cool things beyond dumb marriage and baby photo book type mentality shots and art. We lost our way and no longer competitive to the digital empires out on the Internet. Bad Pay, benefits are mediocrity.
