Offer a decent wage, could be a decent business model if they would stick to a plan for more than a year

New plans to grow then have no issue firing a whole department. Ceo bragged on Twitter about new plans which involved firing or laying off multiple people very inappropriate. Zero job security randomly flip flop their plans, reform teams, and change who manages what. Disorganized mess. They have multiple courses with no experts updating them.
