Extensive. From an insiders perspective Waynes has gone full on corporation. A stated culture of honesty, courage, integrity and perseverance has yielded to money first, people last. Customer service has plumetted from priority to after tought, positive, trustworthy culture has yielded to all time low morale and job insecurity. All this has led to a massive exodus f loyal, long-time employees leaving at a rpaid clip across all aspects of business (C-suity level, operations and sales). The worng people in a "bro" culture mentality are poorly leading making harmful decision, affecting peoples' income without announcing changes until discovered by employees lower on totem pole. Local branch leaders have proven to be "yes men" who are taking orders from corporate. Its a sad demise
