-copious amounts of sick time and vacation time -lenient work hours for Dr appointments, etc. -get all major holidays off

-HR is slow when you first get hired and info is hard to get causing delays in actually doing our job & trainings -if you're working for a research lab, your salary is based on grant money so there isn't much room for raises or high salaries (although you do get a tiny boost once in a while)
