I can't think of any. If you really care about snacks...there are snacks, but like come on.

- They make a LOT of bad hires, the company is run by a row of delusional, like-minded people that have no idea how to run a company. - Turnover is HIGH - my guess is they've hired 100 people in the past 3 years and the headcount has DECREASED - do that math. Turnover is due to toxic environment that forces most people to leave as well as tons of firing - never at any given point is your job safe. - Even the C-Suite employees have high turnover. - They check so many HR violation boxes, in my time there I saw numerous cases of hostile work environment, sexual harassment and racism (this one especially) get swept under the rug. - No one listens to feedback or makes strides for improvement. - No one can agree on metrics or goals so the lower level employees work hours of overtime (uncompensated) trying to complete impossible tasks to please all the conflicted higher-ups. - No career paths/growth system. - Company claims to be conscious of Diversity and Inclusion, but is so uncomfortable talking about it and violates the most obvious aspects of making any progress in that realm. - Also to note - there's NO diversity in the company, and on the few cases when there is a new diverse hire, they are treated differently (not for the better.) - They've completely lost track of their vision and are just doing whatever they can to please a few enterprise customers to keep floating. To those reading this - notice this GLOWING 5 star VERY GENERAL positive reviews shortly after the really specific negative reviews...almost seem fake??..
