- Os gestores realmente se preocupam com os funcionários e sua qualidade de vida dentro da empresa. - Salários e benefícios de acordo com o mercado, plano de saúde e odonto sem desconto. - Home office, horário flexível e "liberdade com responsabilidade". - O time de desenvolvimento tem liberdade para tomar decisões técnicas sem burocracia. - Ações relacionadas à saúde e bem estar dentro da empresa. - A comunicação dentro do time é muito boa e todos sempre se dispõem a ajudar um ao outro.
