Pros

Once you establish yourself. After a month or two you'll have the ability to work overtime every week. We were paid weekly and we were required to work minimum of 50 hours/week and maximum of 54 hours/week. This was the stand for the whole year of 2024

Once upper-upper management found out I was making $29/hr while everyone else was making I think around $17-24/hr they fired me, even though I was one of their highest producers and well behaved employee. I never caused any trouble, was friendly to everyone and never made any enemies. I don't take it personal, it's just business, they could hire two people for the price of me and that's exactly what they did.
