Gute, stabile Gesellschaft. Die Leute hier sind meistens freundlich und hilfsbereit. Flexibles, informelles Umfeld. Management ist sehr zugänglich. Die Bezahlung ist wettbewerbsfähig. Die Vorteile sind anständig und verbessern sich.

Mangel an Struktur. Mangel an Ausführung, weil sich Ziele und Vorgaben plötzlich ändern. Die unternehmensweite Kommunikation muss verbessert werden, damit alle zusammenarbeiten, um den Erfolg des Unternehmens voranzutreiben. Begrenzte Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten.
