Pros
The only pro is that they do pay their staff, my salary was very decent, but some are paid way over for minor positions and some not enough, which is I suppose average for large companies.
Kontras
I worked for them for 5 years and found them to be the worst company I have worked for.in 42 years. Their slogan of "its all about people" is totally misleading. It was well known that it should read "when it suits" . Worst management style I have known. Everyone is too busy trying to backstab each other. profit comes before people. Health and safety is all smoke and mirrors, and all a box ticking exercise. Nepotism is rife. Organised and run like they don't have a clue.
