This has been the best company I’ve ever worked for hands down!! Everyone here has been amazing. Leadership from the president down and operations has been phenomenal in every way. It’s very obvious that they really care about the personnel here and they make it very evident in every aspect. It’s not just words here but deeds.

I can’t even think of anything bad to write here. Maybe some specific client locations and other agencies we work with their own leadership at those locations can be negative but that isn’t watermarks fault.

Watermark Risk Management International is a great company that truly cares about its employees. They communicate well and are quick to address any issues that come up. Their payroll and timekeeping system is easy to use, which makes things simple. Even though we’re spread out, they make an effort to bring the team together in person a few times a year, which really helps you feel like part of the family. Overall, they want what’s best for you and makes every attempt to create a positive, supportive work environment.

Watermark Risk Management International is a good company that genuinely cares about its employees and fosters a supportive work environment. However, one area where they could improve is offering more competitive pay compared to other companies in the industry. While the company excels in many ways, this could make a difference in retaining top talent.
