Minimal opportunities for advancement. Not concerned with staff wellbeing. Compensation is non-negotiable. LTO hires one semester only, no personal days or benefits for LTO.

I Love working with children.

There are no downsizes but if people can become permanent faster that would be awesome.

-comparable salary -great benefits program -schools all have a different culture and background -multicultural school board -protective of employees and ensuring teachers have jobs

Kontras

-head office is extremely busy - sometimes not efficient in operation -a lot of red tape -school board is in a smaller town -representatives are not always helpful
