      if youre not a jobsworth dont apply for anything except sales assistant cos if your face doesnt fit or you have an opinion that isnt same as everyone else it can get uncomfortable. Bit of gossip between shops.

      Company has a tendancy to retain long serving staff

      company hires family, and creates roles for them, as a pose to hiring specialists, or training family in the correct field, thus having had a third of the company close down at the latter end of last year
