The hrs are great. Monday- Friday! No more working weekends! Everyone at Walton is very understanding and caring. All the employees at Walton are very friendly and helpful in every department. Most importantly we here at Walton all work as a TEAM to make sure our clients are taken care of in a timely manner. Walton is one of the BEST places to consider employment. Mangers are always available and willing to listen to any ideas, concerns or issues.

I feel we could do a little bit better with updating the employees of changes or new things happening within the company.

Easy Hours including weekends off and all holidays. The owner really cares about the employees and how the agency is perceived by the public. Many carriers to work with. For the most part, staff is enjoyable to work with.

The employees that have been there for a long time have an entitled attitude. Younger people are generally disrespected. Open door policy is anything but that. Tons of gossip and backstabbing. Do not question management or any decision as you will pay for it one way or another. Zero training. Suggestions for any improvements are ignored. While they truly are the best agency in Jackson County, pay is average at best for personal lines.
