The company has a strong, collaborative culture where everyone is encouraged to contribute and share ideas. The leadership team is approachable, and my direct manager was always supportive of my growth, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.

As with any growing company, there were moments when things moved quickly, and there were periods of ambiguity. But this is also part of the excitement of working at a fast-paced, innovative company, and it was something I personally thrived on.
