Good opportunity was given for initial Wal-Mart employees and they were responsible for complete deliverables. 4. Responsible and were free to make decisions. 5. Good India Leadership <<Before 2012>>

1. 4 ~ 5 top level management changes within 2 years of time 2. Wal-Mart bangalore was treated as a execution center, once mgmt changed. 3. Lots of people started visiting india, to see and evaluate the work being done. 4. Most of the senior wal-mart employees left the company. 5. Few Sr Directors, were playing favoritism 6. For good, imminent and capable people, opportunities were limited. 7. All useless people are in the panel.
