It's an endless list. Managers are clueless about the roadmap. Extremely blame culture. People are observing you to find that one mistake or blame you for a mistake you haven't even done to give you a 2/5 rating and cut your annual bonus. Huge part of CTC is annual bonus which you won't get. Toxic managers doing favouritism and pulling others down. No mentorship. People working great silently aren't even observed and given bad appraisals. People sending junk emails and blabbering in meetings without any idea are the celebrated employees. HATE YOU WALMART FOREVER !!
