I am glad to see you were able to find a work life balance while working with us! This is something we strongly believe in and strive to provide to every associate. Regarding the other feedback mentioned, morale is a focus for us and we want to create a place where people are looking to come into work every day. In regards to your feedback about the seating, we are scaling back on open seating across our sites. I can assure you we also strive to create a diverse work environment as we believe this is a place where associates can bring their authentic selves to work.
