Yet, disappointed to hear you're not feeling valued by the organization. We value all our associates, their feedback, and want them to be happy in our organization. We're moving fast as an organization – and sometimes when you move fast, you make mistakes, such as the mistake we made regarding the PTO payout. After hearing our associates' feedback, we quickly changed the policy. Now, all associates moving to the flex PTO model will get their PTO balance cashed out after the fiscal year.
