Management are often brought in from outside the company and then come in with big egos but little knowledge about how this company works and tend to have little respect for the existing employees. Benefits are so so. Very few days off (holidays follow the few holidays that store employees get). Senior management in Arkansas don't seem to appreciate the work that is being done on the website. There is a big cultural gap between the people in Arkansas and the Bay Area.
