The results of this culture being that indecisive, feckless, and under-skilled individuals with little to no experience are promoted to overpaid managerial seat warming positions, their only skill being that of headless chicken impressions come months end. A once great to work for company now sadly reduced to a pathetic shell of its former existence through mismanagement, blame shifting, and dividend maximising all to the detriment of the few remaining hardworking employees who still work there.
