Supervisor listens to employees. My job is important.

There are not any cons I can think of.

Within this role is the opportunity of managing and leading activities in a timely manner while connecting with residents in providing recreational therapy for physical, spiritual, cognitive and bodily health. The residents were lovely and the heart of the community. The opportunity to develop relationships with these residents and pour into their lives with various enriching activities is the essence of this role and so easily done with such a fantastic group of people.

While the role was fast paced and busy it did not allow for career growth and demanded thin or no margin between assigned tasks and duties. These tasks and duties were implemented by the monthly calendar. Although there were ways to make the calendar clear and efficient, and while the job description includes say within said calendar, little or none was allowed in this role.
