Great Advancement, Promotions actually seems to be done on merit system. Pay is decent, definitely good for retail industry.

Managers, especially EXA's, are worked like dogs. 6 day weeks are extremely common (unpaid overtime because were salaried), which really is not fair considering the education requirements and compensation. work life balance is essentially non-existent.
