All pharmacists are on a level playing field. Competitive pay, although one must bring peer pay scale to management's attention. Equal pay for all. Equal chance for advancement.
Kontras
Workload is high with an ever shrinking support staff. The outsourcing of support personnel has hurt the staffs at the store level. In the past, support personnel understood that the stores make the profits and would do whatever was necessary the solve problems. Now they care less and less because they are not invested in the Company. Now the only drive is profit, no matter if quality or working conditions are compromised.
