Zero loyalty to their employees; company now trying to save money by cutting from their employees; doesn't matter how much you kill yourself working extra shifts (18 hour days going months without a day off) to save the schedulers backsides, if you don't "suck up" to the right people, you're efforts go completely unnoticed at the corporate level
