Name recognition, good people, innovative in some areas, some really hard working people, can easily "hide", some areas people don't work hard, good new leadership but will be a few years before that big ship will turn

not performance driving, all people treated the same no matter what the outcome of their performance, very reactive culture, not strategic, very few hard working people (who leadership works to death because they trust them), too many people not held accountable for their work. HR very legally focused vs. performance focused.
