Some positions have above average pay. Some great lower level employees to work with who really care about their job.

The vast majority of management has no previous experience managing or leadership skills working with people. Management only tells you what you need to know at the last minute, very poor communication. They will out right lie to you, telling you what they think you want to hear. No gratitude for going above and beyond your job description. Management is re-active and slow to respond to problems. Unethical behavior from so called leaders make the entire company look bad.
