Competitive pay, good benefits, bonus structure is fair, the people are the best part. There are or have been very few colleagues that were not the greatest, but overall, the people who work here are what make it the best.

Organizational conflicts between EU/US, not a ton of room for advancement from mid-level on, too many middle managers, processes/procedures are either complex, contradictory, and/or nonexistent.
